Because of the rapid rate of growth in Asia and disruption resulting from technological innovation, the needs of the regional work force are rapidly evolving. Asia has historically been biased to specialists and professionals with specific industry and functional experience. The skills sets needed for the future are not so clear; as such, the generalist is finding traction in the market.
Dr. Sean Ferguson will share findings from his research on Asia Pacific employer perspectives on employability and MBAs to illuminate what is driving the trend. He will also give useful tips on how to get admitted to an Asian MBA program and stay ahead of the employment curve in Asia.
