Program description

The MBA program at Eastern Michigan University provides you with innovative, applied and global knowledge and skills for today's competitive business environment. Most students complete their MBA in two and a half years, but you’ll have up to six to complete your degree. The courses are offered in the evenings at the College of Business in downtown Ypsilanti, some fully online, and some in hybrid format. The MBA curriculum emphasizes communication, ethics, interdisciplinary knowledge and analytical and critical thinking skills. The MBA program of study requires a minimum of 36 credits and is comprised of four parts: foundation (18 credits, may be waived based on previous coursework), core (18 credits), restricted Electives (6 credits) and specialization Courses (12–15 credits).
