Business school information

Established in 1976, Fundação Dom Cabral is a world-class Brazilian business school that develops strategic-thinking skills of executives, entrepreneurs and public-sector managers. FDC, a nonprofit institution, was created out of the Extension Center at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.

Program description

The Executive MBA is designed for professionals who work in a complex, dynamic and ambiguous world. The goal is to form purposeful, results-focused leaders, as well as to develop visionary and inspiring professionals. The Executive MBA Program methodology presents seven modules in a blended format, with on-line and on-line activities. And, to better serve the different professional interests, in some modules it is possible to choose between two thematic tracks of knowledge. In addition, some trails are offered entirely in English, allowing the participation of executives from international schools. There are four main pillars: Society, Global Business Environment, Organization and Individual. Throughout the program, professionals participate in group coaching processes and develop a Portfolio of Achievements, a personal history of learning, achievement and experience experienced in the Executive MBA.
