Recommendations can be professional references from individuals who know you in an employment setting and are written by a current/previous supervisor or colleague. 6. Resume; Please prepare a business resume that includes your educational and professional information. Resumes should be no more than two pages in length. 7. Essay The essay should be 250-500 words and address the following question: "What is your greatest professional accomplishment or failure? What did you learn from that experience?"
