California State Polytechnic University, Pomona is a public polytechnic university in Pomona, California. It is one of two polytechnics in the California State University system. Cal Poly Pomona began as the southern campus of the California Polytechnic School in 1938 when a completely equipped school and farm in the city of San Dimas were donated by Charles Voorhis and his son Jerry Voorhis.

Program description
Cal Poly Pomona’s MBA program is designed for working professionals who wish to expand their current knowledge and accelerate their career potential while continuing their daytime employment. The General MBA offers a broad-based curriculum wherein the core, all areas of business are encompassed allowing for long-term flexibility in order to respond to a dynamic marketplace where a broad skillset is more valuable. After completing the first year of core courses, MBA students will be able to focus their elective coursework in a specific business discipline in the second year. During the program, students will take a full-time course load of three courses per semester to complete their program within four semester.
To accommodate the working professional, courses will be offered in a variety of formats in the evenings, weekends, and as hybrid courses.
