Frostburg State University is a public university in Frostburg, Maryland. The university is the only four-year institution of the University System of Maryland west of the Baltimore-Washington passageway in the state's Appalachian highlands. Founded in 1898 by Maryland Governor Lloyd Lowndes, Jr., Frostburg was selected because the site offered the best suitable location without a cost to the state.

Program description

Frostburg State University’s Online MBA program will give you the professional edge you need to succeed in today’s demanding business world. The 36-credit hour program offers eight core MBA courses to provide all students a well-rounded foundation to advance their careers in management.  All students will also choose among three concentrations which include four courses which focus on honing professional skills and knowledge to align with a desired career path. These concentrations include Business Analytics, Health Care Management and Management.
