The McGill MBA program will enable you to lead effectively and responsibly in an increasingly complex and interconnected world. The unique integrated management approach will allow you to work across managerial boundaries and to fully understand how organizations function as a whole, and in an international context. The MBA curriculum focuses on maximizing student preparation for future careers through a streamlined, one-semester core, a choice of four concentrations and an experiential component. By leveraging the significant research and teaching strengths of Desautels' international faculty and incorporating the experiences of global business leaders, the curriculum offers an integrated multi-disciplinary, problem-solving approach grounded in practice. Advanced management concepts are integrated with case studies and examples to ground theory in the real world.
