During the program, MBA@Syracuse students attend three in-person residencies, held in major U.S. and international cities as well as on the Syracuse University campus. These hands-on, multiday experiences feature workshops, panels with prominent business leaders, and explorations of the host city. Similar to business conferences, residencies allow students to apply their skills and network with classmates and professors. Syracuse’s online MBA curriculum requires 54 credits to complete. Core courses cover topics such as data analysis, accounting, economics, finance, and organizational leadership. A range of electives are available in areas that include project management, entrepreneurship, marketing research, and Six Sigma. MBA@Syracuse offers six specializations, allowing students to tailor their studies based on their career interests. Students may also choose their own elective courses to create an individualized course of study if they wish. Specializations typically consist of three elective courses.
