Trinity College is the sole constituent college of the University of Dublin, a research university located in Dublin, Ireland. The college was founded in 1592 by Queen Elizabeth I as the "mother" of a new university, modelled after the collegiate universities of Oxford and Cambridge, but unlike these other ancient universities, only one college was ever established; as such, the designations "Trinity College" and "University of Dublin" are usually synonymous for practical purposes.

Program description
First launched in 1964, the Trinity MBA offers participants a rigorous, experiential, and transformative education, preparing future leaders for the challenges of tomorrow. A globally recognised and highly ranked programme, the Trinity MBA’s project-based approach complements the university’s four centuries of scholarly learning with a masters programme that encourages tutorial discussion and debate, as well as bringing participants inside businesses to unlock leadership potential and build global networks.
Leadership and Professional Development is integral to the Trinity MBA. Individual and team coaching, workshops and industry guest lectures run continually throughout the programme. Three distinct leadership learning modules provide the tools to develop your personal leadership style, self-awareness and knowledge.
Throughout the MBA, you will have the opportunity to hear from industry speakers on a range of leadership areas including resilience, developing effective teams, mastering personal change, and group dynamics.
