Program description:

The goal of the Mannheim Full-time MBA is to prepare you for your international career by developing your individual skills in the way that best fits your personal background. The Mannheim MBA comprises a sound general management education in all relevant disciplines, a wide range of elective courses as well as a three-month Business Master Project at the end of the program.

Teamwork is an essential element of the educational concept. At the beginning of the program, participants are divided into so-called Multi-Competence Teams, which are deliberately set up heterogeneously with regard to cultural, professional, and academic experiences. In these small groups, you complete a central part of the program, the Business Master Project, whereas the Social Class Project brings together the class as a whole for one common goal. This enables you to impressively experience the positive force of diversity.
