Program description

The Isenberg On-Campus MBA is ideal for individuals who seek a hands-on, real-world education in a rigorous 1.5-to-2-year program. The immersive residential program admits a small number of students which builds a close-knit community and makes individualized academic and career support possible.

During the first year, students participate in the core curriculum designed to provide a rigorous foundation in a wide range of business topics and skills. Classes cover all the bases, from Business Intelligence and Statistics to Marketing Strategy and Corporate Finance. The practicum experience offered in the spring semester provides an immersive, consulting experience working with a real company.

In the summer after their first year, most students pursue internship opportunities. Some receive offers of employment and can choose to “off-ramp” during their second year, completing any remaining courses online. Second year coursework includes advanced classes in the core curriculum and specialized electives. Students can choose to pursue a focus area by selecting specialized elective courses that enhance their marketable skills, such as data analytics, asset management and human resources.
