The primary focus of EADA Business School is steeped in the professional development of business executives, applied research, and the transfer of knowledge and talent to the business community. For more than 50 years EADA has been at the forefront of management education and in-company training programmes for the business community.
Throughout the MBA curriculum, there is a strong emphasis placed on the integral learning processes. Participants are consistently placed in real-life business situations, challenged to think like executives and make strategic decisions through case studies, business simulations, analysis and group discussions. The core courses are organised into three main groups: Management Fundamentals, Developing Functional Expertise and Integrating Business Knowledge, each building on the knowledge and skills acquired in the last.
You then customise your learning by selecting a specific 'Path of Development' (strategic specialisation) that includes a consulting project and provides the opportunity to gain the in-depth knowledge required for a career in the chosen field:
