Program description
Created in 2002, OneMBA is a global executive MBA that develops knowledge about the real business world through interpersonal relationships and reflection based on applied theoretical foundations, allowing students to rethink their perspectives. Immersions in international residencies, multicultural challenges and a team of global professors make the OneMBA experience unique in terms of credibility, recognition and transformation in the way the world is understood. OneMBA is run by a consortium made up of five globally recognized and accredited business schools, located in five countries on four continents. The course explores current business topics and discusses best management practices in each region of the world, developing in students a global vision based on different perspectives and meanings. The course is composed of global subjects, regional subjects and workshops. In the global subjects, students work on teams with participants from other countries who are diverse in terms of academic background, area of work, industry and age. These subjects include a wide-ranging project that requires the ability to work as a team (remotely and in person) and to evaluate businesses based on different conceptual perspectives. The regional subjects and workshops contribute to accelerating students’ professional success through an approach to content and challenges that is specific to the region. All of OneMBA’s classes are given in English.
