The Early Career One-Year MBA from the Penn State Smeal College of Business is a customizable, STEM-designated program designed for current undergraduate students or working professionals with up to five years of work experience.
With Smeal as your business partner, you will sharpen your business acumen as you earn your MBA credential that can prepare you for career advancement.
This 34-credit One-Year MBA program, offered in a traditional face-to-face classroom setting with dedicated course sections on Penn State’s University Park campus, begins in the fall semester and concludes in May of the following year. Each semester builds upon the required semester before it, creating a laddered educational experience that helps every student succeed, regardless of background or experience.
