Program description:

In just 13 months, the Rotman One-Year Executive MBA will dramatically accelerate your leadership potential and allow you to build skills that will make an immediate impact. This degree is known for its market relevance, academic rigour and a schedule that fits the needs of busy professionals. The program offers you an innovative curriculum that combines group work with deep self-development insights and strategic know-how. The program's applied learning methods ensure you are putting the insights you gain in class into practice. Our aim is to dramatically accelerate the leadership potential and decision-making skills of each of our students.The program is structured around four terms, each of which includes a one-week residential module in downtown Toronto. The condensed schedule is designed for both personal and professional flexibility. Regular class sessions take place over two days, twice a month, on a Friday and Saturday.
