Program description
The Global MBA provides students with a solid foundation in the main business management disciplines to train leaders who will drive the growth of food and beverage companies. The program is divided into five blocks: orientation modules, general management courses, track-specific courses, professional development clinics, and an internship or project work period. The Food and Wine track is where food meets passion, creativity, and business skills. Students will learn directly from: top star chefs, wine producers, and international managers.
